Program to support the economic development of local authorities (PADECT)

The PADECT program is a multi-sectoral initiative aimed at strengthening the economic development of local communities in Benin by mobilizing financial and technical resources, particularly through incentive-based agricultural loans. It is based on a performance-driven approach and enhanced local governance, deploying digital infrastructure and supporting the development of public services to improve territorial competitiveness and create an environment conducive to investment and agribusiness.
